Paul Cardall Comes To Baylor Scott & White
Esteemed pianist and composer, Paul Cardall, was the latest in the lineup of guest speakers for The Pete &Erin Huttlinger Humanism In Medicine Series, this one held in Temple, Texas at Baylor Scott & White Hospital. The event, coordinated by Dr. Lori Wick and sponsored by the Gold Humanism Honor Society local chapter, was a special Grand Rounds event. Cardall, a 10-year heart transplant recipient, spoke on “The Heart of Our Journey.” He chronicled his lifetime of managing a congenital cardiac condition and how he has gone on to become a hugely successful recording artist, composer and producer. Following his Grand Rounds presentation, Cardall took time out to visit with some of the hospital’s cardiac Fellows. (shown in photo).
